Application of general conditions

These general terms and conditions determine the terms of use and orders on thefifthhandshop.eu online catalog, which is accessible at the link thefifthhandshop.eu (hereinafter: the ‘website’) and is managed by the company: Rok Rep s.p. (hereinafter: ‘provider’).

These general conditions apply to the entire website, all its components and sub-pages. By using the website, the user accepts and agrees to all provisions of these general conditions, which also include all links as their integral parts. The business conditions are drawn up taking into account all legal obligations and international guidelines for e-business, which are also represented by the Consumers’ Association of Slovenia.

Prices

All prices on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded the moment the provider confirms the order, namely by email or verbally over the phone. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are binding for both, the provider and the buyer.

Orders

You do not need to register to place an order in the fifthhandshop.eu online catalog. If you want to place an order, you just need to contact us by phone or e-mail. The provider can also reject the order if it finds that it cannot execute it under the given conditions. The buyer is informed about this in advance and states the reasons for rejecting the order, of course if this is possible.

Payments

Delivery

The buyer can pick up the goods himself at the specified address in person. Delivery is also possible via Pošta Slovenije, we can also deliver the order if the goods are too large for delivery via post. The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer. It is calculated on the website of Pošta Slovenije. If we make the delivery, the delivery price is by agreement and depends on the customer’s distance. Delivery by agreement is also possible abroad or to a postal address, PO box or hotel address.
